15 disciplines.
One firm.

Ology brings together a rare and deliberate range of capabilities — spanning strategy, brand, digital experience, data intelligence, learning design, software engineering, and the full spectrum of emerging AI technologies — built to meet our clients wherever they are, and to lead them where they want to be.

Every capability exists in service of a single outcome: work that moves the needle for clients who partner with us on their most consequential challenges. From the clarity of a well-told brand story to the precision of an agentic AI platform, the range is broad and the outcomes are proven and transformative.

> 0.3 The Work

Approach.

Ology’s work lives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology, translating complex challenges into clear, compelling, and effective solutions. Drawing on founder Jeff Antkowiak’s decades of experience serving commercial entities, federal agencies, and the DoD and Intelligence Community, the firm brings an uncommon combination of creative instinct and enterprise-grade rigor to every engagement. Whether the challenge is building a brand from scratch, modernizing a digital platform, shaping an AI-driven mission capability, or helping an organization articulate its value to the people who matter most, Ology is an ideal partner to get things done.

The proof is in the work itself. From award-winning creative, innovative, and human-centered digital platforms to sensitive national security initiatives and large-scale organizational transformations, Ology’s experience spans industries, audiences, and expectations. What the work promotes, regardless of sector or scope, is a single standard: it has to work, and it has to make the lives of the people it serves measurably better.

[wip]: Work-in-progress.

We’ve always loved the word proof when discussing innovative and creative work. It covers so much: there’s proof of life — examining whether the idea is still alive and growing. Proof is also how we measure the strength of spirits like gin and mezcal (two of our favorites), so we’re constantly measuring our work to ensure that it’s supremely strong (high-proof). And in the baking world, proofing is the art and science of causing bread to rise, which only occurs when the right ingredients meet the right conditions. So, are we — and our work — rising to the occasion? We believe the proof is in the process. Here are a few strong projects on the rise.

Exploring the Mind of the Customer (MoC)

MOC shifts the focus from Voice of the Customer to what customers actually do, and why. It uncovers the place where contemplation becomes decision, increasing the probability of moving individuals and groups toward the choices brands want them to make.

Ology’s Mission Center Solution Suite (MCS²) assesses the full implications of the threat in real-time, assembles the right team by capability, proximity, and readiness, and connects them to leaders so every action outmaneuvers the threat.

> 0.4 About Ology

Leadership sets the Vision.
Culture carries it forward.

Running an organization, if done well, is often an act of relentless courage. The most successful ones share a common thread: leaders who never stop investing in their people, never stop pushing toward what is possible, and never lose sight of the culture that holds everything together. Get those things right, and almost anything is achievable. Let any one of them slip, and even the best strategies struggle to take hold. Ology understands this.

Ology was founded on a simple but deeply held belief that the most consequential work happens at the convergence of strong leadership, clear vision, honest communication, genuine experience, and a culture worth belonging to. Not as separate disciplines to be checked off a list, but as inseparable forces that, when aligned, produce outcomes that are greater than the sum of their parts. That belief shapes every engagement, every recommendation, and every relationship the firm builds.

The work itself spans decades and disciplines. Ology’s leadership has worked for some of the world’s most recognized brands — Apple, Nike, NASA, Cisco, the NFL, US Naval Academy, Hewlett Packard, MasterCard, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, Nintendo, Booz Allen, DHS, DoD, and many others — bringing the same curiosity, commitment, and craft to a Fortune 500 mega-brand as to small local businesses, or sensitive national security initiatives.

Today, under the leadership of founder Jeff Antkowiak, that energy is being applied to a new generation of challenges: agentic AI platforms that mirror human behavior, data-driven solutions connecting patients with the right physicians in the federal health market, defense industry growth strategies, and next-generation software platforms redefining how people experience the world around them. The problems change. The standard doesn’t.
